Specify the required pipe compound
PE100 and PE80 designations should be accompanied by the required manufacturer grade, compound specification and end-use requirements. Include whether the request is for a pressure-pipe project or a different application. Do not select material from the HDPE name, colour or melt flow value alone.
Documentation before ordering
Send the project specification and list the documents required for approval, such as the technical datasheet, batch certificate of analysis and applicable evidence of conformity. Request any potable-water, gas or other project-specific approvals explicitly. Natsons does not claim that every offered material holds these approvals.
Virgin compounds and pipe regrind are separate materials
A request for a documented pipe compound is different from buying PE100 pipe regrind or other recovered pipe material. Regrind source alone does not establish the performance classification of the recovered material. Confirm the permitted use and applicable requirements before proceeding.

Are PE100 and PE80 interchangeable?
