Choose HDPE for the intended process
Start with the finished product and process: pipe extrusion, blow-moulded containers, injection-moulded parts or another specified use. A material described only as HDPE does not identify its processing behaviour or suitability. Share an existing grade reference or your required density and melt flow information so the enquiry can be assessed.
Virgin, off-grade and recycled requirements
State the material condition you require. Virgin resin, off-grade lots and recycled HDPE should be discussed separately, with origin, colour, consistency and documentation requirements agreed before an order. Recycled enquiries benefit from photographs, source details and available test results.
Pipe-grade HDPE enquiries
If the project specifies PE100 or PE80, include that designation and the exact required compound, application and supporting documentation. General HDPE granules or pipe regrind should not be treated as a documented pressure-pipe compound.
